• Smart Building Controls: Facility-wide networked lighting control system featuring daylight harvesting and occupancy sensors for LEED-standard efficiency.
• Communication Backbone: Installation of a high-speed fiber optic trunk and Category 6A structured cabling throughout the campus.
• Integrated Campus Safety: Implementation of a voice-evacuation fire alarm system and advanced security/CCTV integration.
